When this growing family moved into their new home in Polo Run at Lakewood Ranch, they loved the neighborhood and the extra space but the kitchen still felt very builder grade. This kitchen remodel proves you do not have to start from scratch to create a space that feels custom and inviting. By keeping the existing cabinet layout and upgrading the finishes, we were able to completely transform the look and feel of the kitchen in a smart, budget friendly way.

We introduced natural textures, warmer tones, and layered lighting to shift the space from basic to beautifully lived in. The result is a kitchen that feels relaxed, organic, and welcoming while still standing up to the demands of everyday family life.

Kitchen Remodel Highlights

Quartz countertops paired with a full height backsplash create a clean, seamless backdrop. A white oak wrapped island adds warmth and texture, becoming a true focal point of the space. We also incorporated custom panels for the refrigerator and a built in microwave drawer for a more streamlined, custom cabinetry look.

New hardware, updated light fixtures, and all new appliances brought everything together, giving the kitchen a fresh, cohesive design that feels both elevated and approachable.
