Built in 1978, the original home had great bones and an unbeatable location overlooking a quiet inlet often visited by manatees. Following the storm, our team worked closely with the homeowners and FEMA guidelines to design a rebuild that honored the property’s character while introducing a fresh, timeless style.
From the ground up, every system, surface, and finish was replaced. We partnered with our trusted local trades to ensure the home not only met all FEMA elevation and code requirements but also reflected the relaxed sophistication of island living.
Inside, the layout was reimagined for modern living, with durable coastal finishes chosen for longevity and charm. Updated cabinetry, quartz countertops, and tile flooring blend performance with design, while impact-rated windows and doors bring peace of mind for future storm seasons.
